Our Doberge Cakes are individually baked from scratch. Please allow 48 hours for mixing, baking and packaging. The Doberge cake is a mouth-watering specialty of New Orleans bakeries. And the art has been perfected by the creative chefs of Ambrosia Bakery! This scrumptious cake is crafted with Eight Layers of White Almond Cake Available in either Chocolate or Lemon, or upgrade to Half Chocolate & Half Lemon. The Chocolate Doberge cake is filled with Chocolate Doberge filling, and completely covered with chocolate glaze. The Lemon Doberge cake has Lemon Doberge filling and Lemon glaze. And the "Half & Half" has Lemon Doberge and Chocolate Doberge filling on both sides, and completely covered with both Lemon and Chocolate glaze. This cake is 8 inches across, and serves 12 - 15 people.
